Helping Prevent the Spread

Our staff is taking all the necessary precautions by following the guidelines provided by the Ohio Department of Health (ODH), Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and World Health Organization (WHO).

Our Efforts

• All staff and visitors are required to wear masks at all times regardless of vaccination status.

• All visitors are to sign-in at reception. Temperature checks and 15-minute rapid tests are being conducted.

• Hand sanitizer is available for all staff, residents, and visitors throughout the facility.

• Any staff member that is not vaccinated is being regularly tested.

• Our Chief Executive Officer and Director of Nursing are leading all COVID-19 related communications.
